Tera Reed made a successful comeback from injury to help propel Virginia Commonwealth to a semi-final showdown with Kendell Heremaia and Zara Jillings. On a successful day for the Kiwis there were also wins for Kayla Manuirirangi (Tulane University) and Tara Manumaleuga (University of Arizona in Tucson)

Kendell Heremaia and Zara Jillings (Fordham University)
Fordham advanced to the Atlantic 10 semi-finals with a 54-47 win against
Duquesne and now meet VCU. Kendell Heremaia 6 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists whilst Zara Jillings came off the bench to add a steal, assist and rebound.
Akiene-Tera Reed (Virginia Commonwealth University)
Virginia Commonwealth trailed 52-51 with 1:28 to play but eventually prevailed 58-52 to beat Davidson and advance to the Atlantic 10 Conference semi-finals. Tera Reed, having missed the last few games due to injury scored 10 points and collected 4 boards on her return. They meet Fordham and their pair of Kiwis tomorrow.
Kayla Manuirirangi (Tulane University)
#5 ranked Tulane beat #12 Tulsa 67-61 in the first round of the American Athletic Conference Tournament in Uncasville, Connecticut. Kayla Manuirirangi finished with 9 points and 3 rebounds.
Next up (tomorrow) are #4 University of South Florida in the quarter-finals.
Tara Manumaleuga (University of Arizona in Tucson)
No Kiwi woman is playing for a higher ranked team than Manumaleuga with Arizona. Arizona beat Cal Berkeley 86-73 in the Pac 12 Tournament and now face #1 Oregon in the semi-final.
March 7th

This semi-final match-up is a replay of last year’s Atlantic 10 Conference Grand Final.
Shalae Salmon, Khaedin Taito 7 Kaylee Smiler (Brigham Young University)
Finished 3rd in West Coast Conference regular season with 13-5 record and head straight to the WCC quarter-finalswhere they meet a conference second round winner.
Kayla Manuirirangi (Tulane University)
#5 ranked Tulane take on #4 University of South Florida in the quarter-finals of the American Athletic Conference Tournament.
Tara Manumaleuga (University of Arizona in Tucson)

Amiee Book (California State University Fullerton)
Fullerton (8-7) have a Big West Conference regular season ending fixture at home against UC Irvine.
Tsubasa Nisbett (Georgia Southern University)
Last Sun Belt Conference regular season game against Georgia State. Currently 6-11 likely needing a win to progress to conference play-offs.
McKenna Dale (Brown University)
Brown face Dartmouth in their final Ivy League fixture. Only the top four teams qualify for play-offs and Brown are well down the league standings.
March 9th
Tegan Graham (Colgate University)
Number three seeded Colgate (11-6) meet #6 Lehigh in the Patriot League quarter-finals. Colgate lost their final three regular season games including a home game against Lehigh.
Joellen How (Wagner College)
No 8 seed Wagner College Seahawks are up against it as they face top-seed Robert Norris University in a Northeast Conference Quarter-Final.
